Shipping & Returns
We provide dispatch upon order and free ground shipping. Orders will usually arrive within 10 business days. Expect additional delays during peak times.
- Orders placed after noon AEST will require an additional 1 business day to be delivered.
Once your order has been scanned by Australia Post Delivery you will receive a shipping email, which will include a tracking link for you to follow your order.
Orders will be delivered between 7am and 9pm. If you’re not present when delivery is attempted, the driver will leave your parcel in a safe place or a card in your mailbox with information on how to collect your parcel at your nearest Australia Post outlet.
We allow 30 days for returns. For any additional support please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.

What is your returns policy?
You may return a product if it fails to comply with any of the consumer guarantees contained in the Australian Consumer Law, for example, if the product is faulty or damaged or if your order was processed incorrectly (i.e. the wrong item was sent to you or you are missing an item). We will not provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind about your purchase or where a product is damaged through misuse or abnormal use.
How do I request a return?
To request a return, please contact our Customer Care Team via the following methods:

In your request, please provide the following information:
the order number;
clear photograph(s) of the product; and
a description of the product and the fault.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to process your return. You are required to return any products to the returns address we stipulate and in accordance with any instructions we give you.
We will be responsible for the costs of any return postage if your product does not comply with a consumer guarantee and you will be provided with a replacement product or a full refund as required by law.
If your order was processed incorrectly, we will complete your order by either sending you the outstanding item or exchanging the item for the correct item. Items for exchange will only be accepted if they are unused and in the same condition as you received the item.
How do I cancel my order?
Please choose carefully as once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel an order.
Cleer, Inc. Limited Warranty (Australia Only)
Cleer, Inc. warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship for (1) year as set forth below when purchased directly from Cleer, Inc. or a Cleer, Inc. retailer. Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, Cleer, Inc. will, at its option, (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts or (ii) replace the product with a new or refurbished product. For purposes of this Limited Warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.
For a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase of the product (“Labor Warranty”), Cleer, Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace with new or refurbished product, product determined to be defective. If Cleer, Inc. elects to replace the product after this Labor Warranty has expired but while the parts warranty is still in effect, it will do so for the applicable labor charge.
For a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase of the product (“Parts Warranty”), Cleer, Inc will supply new or refurbished replacement parts in exchange for parts determined to be defective.
This Limited Warranty covers only the hardware components packaged with the product. It does not cover technical assistance for hardware or software usage and it does not cover any software products whether or not contained in the product; any such software is provided “AS IS” unless expressly provided for in any enclosed software Limited Warranty. Please refer to the End User License Agreements included with the product for your rights and obligations with respect to the software.
To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product, freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection to the original Cleer, Inc. retailer (point of purchase) or Cleer, Inc. Customer Service. It is your responsibility to backup any data, software or other materials you may have stored or preserved on your unit. It is unlikely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during service and Cleer, Inc. will not be responsible for any such damage or loss. A dated purchase receipt from Cleer, Inc. or a Cleer, Inc. retailer is required. For specific instructions on how to obtain warranty service for your product:
